How does the lifetime guarantee work?

We are committed to providing the highest quality of jewelry - this is why we offer Lifetime Warranty. If your product is damaged, it fades or stops working under normal wear, this guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement for the piece. If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value. This Warranty is voided on any user damage issues (i.e: scratches, accidental breakage, water damage, etc.). A Shipping and Handling fee of $19.99 will be charged for all Warranty Replacements.

All Customized Jewelry is guaranteed under our 30-Day Quality Guarantee. This policy entitles you to a free, one-time repair of your piece in the event that you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturing defects. This guarantee will be voided immediately in the event that user damage is detected (ie: water damage, accidental breakage, missing stones, etc.). Once the 30-day guarantee has expired, a $99 USD Repair Fee will be charged for all repairable custom-made product issues.

How long is the shipping?

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS, or ePacket, depending on your location and the fastest available service.

The typical delivery time frame is 14 to 21 business days, but you may receive your items sooner. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment every step of the way.

Please note that packages may experience delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays.

Can I cancel or make changes on my order?

You can cancel or make changes to your order only within three hours of the order being placed since we are unable to make any changes to an order after this time frame; as our warehouse team starts processing orders within minutes of being placed. If you placed the order by mistake or don’t want the items you can go through the returns process to send your order back to us.

Is your jewelry made with real gold/silver?

We use real 18k Gold & Rhodium plating on all our jewelry.

Our base metals include 925 Sterling Silver, 316L Surgical Grade Stainless Steel. We also offer 10k-18k Solid Gold based on client's budget.

All of our jewellery is put through rigorous testing before, during and after production to ensure the highest level of quality and durability. We believe in our quality so much, that we provide lifetime guarantee.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

You will automatically receive an email with tracking information once your order has been processed. Keep in mind processing may take 1-2 business days. If you did not receive an email, check your spam folder and ensure that the email you provided us was in fact correct.

What is your Return Policy?

You can return your item via our portal within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. Please note, all items must be in the original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products or solid gold products as they are made to order. Additionally, earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Shipping paid on returned items is non-refundable.

ICELANTIC will only reimburse the return shipping in the event that a wrong item was sent to the recipient.
